Located in the prestigious Arabian Ranches community in Dubai, this luxury villa overlooks the golf course and showcases a seamless blend of design, technology, and comfort. Delivered by long-standing approved installers Platinum Vision, the project features Lutron lighting control, John Cullen Lighting, and a CoolMaster HVAC integration — all working together to create a fully connected smart home experience.

This particular property features a fully integrated smart system designed to bring both comfort and sophistication to every room.  

At the heart of the system are Lutron lighting keypads, providing seamless control over the home’s lighting scenes. A total of 17 Polar Bear Design Alisse thermostats were installed throughout the property, chosen for their premium aesthetic and full compatibility with the Lutron system. All thermostats are integrated via CoolMaster, ensuring smooth communication with the HVAC system for precise temperature management and a consistent, energy-efficient environment across the home. The thermostats, featuring Alisse faceplate finishes that align beautifully with the villa’s interior design, enhance the luxurious aesthetic and have made a strong impression on clients.

Installation of the thermostats was smooth and straightforward. Platinum Vision credited the detailed wiring diagrams and installer resources available via the Polar Bear Design Installer Dashboard for making setup easy.

To ensure a flawless deployment, the team even keeps a live working Polar Bear system on their workbench to test configurations and new firmware updates before rolling them out on-site. This proactive approach ensures stability and minimizes disruption during installation and commissioning.

While early firmware versions presented some stability challenges, the latest updates have significantly improved performance and reliability on-site.
